the car can usually hold up to 8 transponder keys....do a search online for your specific vehicle and how to get it into programming mode(my rx8s process is very simple as are others).....after that its a matter or having 1 or 2 keys already prgrammed(depending on veh specs) and simply programming another one....iuf you have no keys already programmed or have lost them all you will need to go to the dealer most likely

If your key won't start the car, you probably need it reprogrammed.

Is your username your phone number?

stick your key in the ignition, turn it to the on position, but DONT start it.
look at the gauge, if the immobilizer light (green light) starts blinking a long period of time, that key is not programmed for that car...
you will have to take it to the dealer and they use a HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) program on either a laptop w/ a GNA600 or a HDS tablet or Honda Pocket Tester to program the keys along w/ a unique pcm code that changed on a daily basis...

do you have any keys that start that car? or just one key that doesnt start that car?
