Default Key programer

Hi there pretty much a honda newbie here. Long story short I swapped ecu cause the old one was bad. Only to find out I can't start my accord now . I got another ecu from pic a part removed the immobilizer it starts but of course throws the cel. I need to pass my smog . So if I take a ecu that is new and has the immobilizer intact still which will make the accord not start again can i purchase a key programer and program my original key to work with some other ecu. Does the key program machine only clone a key . What options do I have at this point. Thank you so much

Start by reading your CEL codes at a mechanic's or by your self .. instructions available on youtube.
