i have a 2001 v6 accord stock engine an everything and i am having problems with the idle. this is the second time it was happened.

i started the car this morning an it was idling at around 1500rpm. i let the car warm up for 10 minutes and the idle still doesnt go down. so i put it into drive an drive to class. as i'm driving, everytime i let off the gas, the car feels like it jumps back an when i push in the gas, the car jumps forward. from a stop, the car feels like it is still trying to accelerate, more than usually. in the parking lot, i put the car into nutrual an the idle jumps from 1000 to 1500 rpms (revs up an then revs down). i turned off the car and start it back up after 5 minutes and the car idles at 2000rpms then the idle starts to jump form 1000 to 1500rpms (revs up an down). the temperature outside is 70 degrees an it did rain all night

this has happened before and i changed the idle control vavle just last june.

does anyone know what is wrong with the car? any suggestions? an sorry for the long read, just wanted to get everything in. thanks in advance
