so im tryin to fix this 90 accord ex an it need valve seal. how do u replace them. thanks for d help

 

come on man, "d" instead of "the"...?!

first, what tells you it's a leaky valve seal? second, how do you feel about torque wrenches, feeler gages and valve stem retainer locks?

i don't know your experience, but if you've never been under the valve cover of a honda, or had the rocker arm assembly up, then you may want to find a friend who has, to help you.

...otherwise, you pull the valve cover, then rocker arm assembly. you may want to pressurize the cylinder your working on, or rotate that cylinder at or near TDC. this will help reduce the risk of valve drop-age. locate the leaky valve seal. with your choice of spring removal device, pull off the spring and retainer. now you're looking at the seal. remove and replace!
