How do I empty the fuel tank of a 1999 Honda Accord
How do I empty the fuel tank of a 1999 Honda Accord in the easiest manner? There are no drain plugs that I know of. The fuel input is blocked by a one-way check valve. I want to pump the fuel out through the fuel rail but the end of it has a banjo-shaped fixture. What can I use as a hose that will fit over the banjo-shaped fixture?

I'm not 100% familiar with the 99, but if it doesn't have a drain plug You could disconnect the fuel line from the filter canister next to the tank and apply 12v to the fuel pump and let it suck the tank down.

You have 2 options. You can disconnect the fuel return line (follow the fuel rail, the banjo is on one end, the return line is on the other) and connect a hose to it. Then let the engine idle and it'll "return" the unused fuel through your tube into a gas can of your choice. The other option is to find the fuel/main relay and jumper the live 12v to the wire that goes to the fuel pump. Then you disconnect the banjo bolt that you mentioned and fit a large hose over it or something to run into your gas can. Not sure the exact location or wires you need to jump but I did it on my 2000 civic and it worked perfectly.
