honda 93 doesnt turn over, why?

my 93 honda accord doesnt wanna turn over, why? it starts like it wants to but wont go over completely. the battery light goes on too, and the srs light has been on for a while. whats the problem?

check that the belt isn't broke, check mechanical timing, then check for fuel, then check for spark using a spark tester

Have you checked the battery? The battery light is the charging system indicator.

also consider a battery tender.
cheap way to extend battery life by keeping plates clean.
getting ridiculous years out of my current battery with one.
