Default Help with Mugen coilover?

I have a 94 honda accord Ex. I dont know anything about car. But I wanted to lower the car, so I got some coilover, I think it's Mugen, but I dont know if it's a full setup or what. Put those on, but it was really bumpy, so I got some tokio shocks, but it stills bouncy especicallly on the freeway. Is there anything I can do? I'm thinking of getting some Eibach springs.

Can you guys recommend what type of stuffs should I get?

I already got the AEM cold air intake.
Do I need a muffler? and why? does it gives more power or just for look and sound?
Should I get a header?
I was thinking of the 5-zigen 17/18" rims, but don't know if those will fit.
Should I get a new ground wire?

I just need the basics stuffs, for looks and a little more horsepower. Thanks for the help.

Maybe it's Megan, I'm not sure, Don't they sell dampers for this individually?

And this is just for looks and driving, not racing/autoxing..what's autoxing? like car show?

autoXing is racing around parking lots with cones set up as a track...best time wins...(there's some other rules, but i'm not gonna get into that)...anyways, your best bet would be to get something that is not known for aggressiveness...try the apex-i world sport coilovers or something along those lines...
