you will need stiffer shocks, to keep up with that spring rate, of course its gonna be bouncy if you are using stock shocks b/c nothing is dampening the rebound enough

Bro You diffentatly need some aftermarket shocks. Check out Tokito (mis-spelled). But it will help out allot versus your stock OEM shocks. I had the same problem on my LUDE.

Basically what is happening is you probably got it down to where you are maxing out the strut and causeing to to not have resistance ,, so its just working your spring ONLY. I bet IF you look under the wheel well and look at the shock,,, I bet its leaking huh??

If so, your shocks are shot and no good. So basically your ride is riding on the spring it-self.

BTW.... if you decide to put a regular new set of OEM struts.. they will be shot out in no time and they will not be good idea. Do it right man!! Get aftermarket lowering shocks/struts.

Progressive rate springs (like Eibachs or Neuspeeds) are a nice combo with coil-sleeves and adjustable shocks.

Less bounce, more control.
I have my tokico's on setting 5. The hardest. Barely any bounce at all..
