i have just got a 92 accord lx and its burning oil bad what could cause that also for some reason its tryin to run at about 2k rpm what would cause thta

burning oil is usually caused by collapsed oil wiper rings on the pistons. But be sure the PCV valve is okay.
Check to be sure the throttle cable has a little slack in it, there is an adjustment/bracket at the throttle body. People will try to jack the idle by tightening the cable.
How many miles on this creampuff?

what's the mileage in the vehicle?
When you pull out the "dip stick", how dirty is the oil?
There could be a few things to make it burn oil....

oil looks old but i was also thinkin bout gettin another engeon swap it out and then bore the one that has the oil leak
whats that max i can bore to???
