I have after market halo projection headlights on my 96 accord and the left headlight fuse keeps blowing any advice on why this is? And iv had the headlights for about 2 months and this problem jus started about 2 days ago

 

You may have a chaffed wire in the vicinity of the left fender.
Each headlamp bulb has not only it's own feed wire from the hdlamp switch, but it's own ground as well.
I would suggest you've a direct short.
