factory keyless on 99

i have a friend that was wondering if the accords are all wired for factory keyless? i have a 98 crv lx and all the cr-v's are wired you just buy the key fobs and program them.

Chances are it's pre-wired, but you would have to buy the module too, not just the fobs.

they sell a package...

but most of the wiring is there...the keyless package was only like $140 or something
