1994 Honda Accord EX

When I started my car, the D4 was blinking on my gear indicator. The car was running but I had VERY little acceleration. Sounded like it was in first gear. It took me about 15 seconds to get to 30 mph. I got home, turned the car off, started it again, and it was fine. Any ideas?

I actually tried using the search feature but I couldn't find anything. I'm probably doing something wrong because I got no results every time.

 

D4 is too short for the search feature, try searching for "blinking" and click 'archived' You'll find lots.
