Default engine movement

i recently got into a minor accident and somehow managed to move my engine back (actually way back) into my 96 lx with a/t. this caused the a/c fan to hit the engine mounts and therefore would cause my rpms to jump when decelerating usually downshifting from 3rd- 2nd.

is there anyway i can switch my engine fan and a/c fan (mechanic says there is a slight chance of this) or should i spend $300 and just move the engine?

thanks alot

the thing is, if you engine is shifted back, it will interfere with your brake booster or what ever in the back, the intermiate shaft might be moved as well.

you can put a pusher(instead of oem puller which mount in the rear of the radiator) fan but again, you can fixing one problem.

i would at least put the car on the rack and pull it straight, if you are a true redneck, get a nice strong tree and start cranking with the homedepot fense puller.
