Electrical problem
A friend of mine has a 92 accord ex and is having some electrical issues.
Starts up fine.
Headlights turn on
the rest of the lights do not, that includes corner lights, taillights, brake lights, dash lights, etc.
Stereo still works.
Alternator is working perfectly.
Battery has a low charge, but it wouldn't matter since the alternator runs everything once the engine turns over.
The fuses for all those other lights blow within about 3 seconds on turning them on.
its blown a 5, 15, and 20.
Relay issue? Short circut?
thanks

Replace fuses with only the orginal size fuses. Do not go higher. You'll be melting your wiring harness soon if you do.
There is obviously a short directly to ground in the affected circuit. Best thing would be to find a wiring diagram and go from there.
Did this just suddenly occur, or did it happen after some type of 'install'?

That will do nothing for you since you already know you are already pulling more than 10A through that circuit. Hell, you are pulling more than 20A through that circuit so no need to see if maybe a magical 7.5A fuse will work.

take a multi meter and check for shorts with continuity. im sure it is a short some where. also check the head light ground under the hood, this sometimes causes problems. pull off the drivers "a" pillar and check the interior light wires, theses also short out in hondas alot!
i had the same problem when i installed my halo's, you have to wire the halo into the corner light, when i did it, the piece of electrical tape came off and whenever the wire would touch the inside metal of the fender it would blow the fuse, that would make my dash, rear lights, corner lights, and bumper lights not work. look for a raw wire either in the corner, tails, or bumper lights, im sure thats it. I think there is one fuse called small lights that governs all of those
