1997 Honda Accord LX, I put a Wal-Mart (off brand) charger in the lighter hole to charge my phone. Both the radio and lighter went out (lost power). Found the fuse, it was melted, and replaced it. However, my stuff still does not work. ???

 

there are 3 fuses that could have blown,,under dash # 11 10 amps, underhood # 36 15 amps and underhood # 39 7.5 amps make sure all 3 are ok if they are you might have fried the cig liter relay
