my dash lights dont work....liek i turn my car lights on they work fine, break lights work and everything, just whe nits dark otu the dash DOES NOT work...the stereo works but other than that nothing...
ac, cruise lights work...uh.......yea i guess thats it
any ideas why? i tried turning the *** for it that didn't do anything....i got a 90 accord LX........i'm guessing the lights are burnt out or something?
and how would i go about taking the dash out and checking myself?

 

check your instrument cluster fuse in your fuse panel...

 

could also be a bunk dimmer switch

 

all the fuses are fine....and wheres that switch dantastic?

I believe he was talking about the the switch that regulates the lighting on your gauge cluster. You twist it one way or another to brighten or darken the cluster.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

definetly check your dimmer switch. If 1 wire gets loose on it all the lights on the dash go off
