Check that you have the right bulb installed and that it is seated properly in socket. I had a similar problem from installing a bulb that looked right, but was not the right number.

this is probably not the cause but you should check your fuses. hopefully this helps, if not, no harm done. good luck.

does anyone know where the wiper/blinker control unit is on a 95 accord? i have a 99.9 percent feeling it's the module because my intermittent wipers don't work, and my corners are messed

im having the same issue. The integrated control unit is on the interior fuse box on the driver kick panel. Mine was a big brown box, some are blue or white. I changed that and my combination switch and my corners and intermittent wipers still dont work. Checked all fuses. Im thinking its a bad ground or an open in the wire at this point. If you need a control unit I have 3 sitting as i kept trying different ones. If you get yours working let me know.

1. Driver side.
2. The integrated control unit is plugged on the fuse box. It is under the three relays and above all other wire harnesses and fuses.

billyrusa: is it the big brown box? about 4-5" wide and about 2-3 high? so it can either be the acutal brown box...or it can be the ground screw holding the module behind the driver side headlight?

Check Fuse Number 37 in the under hood fuse box. Its the right row,3 down,7.5 amps. Let me know if that works. That controls the Integrated control unit.

Also Fuse number 6 and fuse 10 on the interior fuse box. 30 amp fuse is for integrated control unit.
