my car is throwing a code 16 which i'm thinking is the Injectors. the engine starts up fine and idles fine but when I slowly press on the throttle the motor loses power and won't rev pass 3k rpm, basiclly running like ****. I also notice theres a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. am i running too lean? this is on my 95 EX, 5 speed.
