Icon5 Clock on Dash does not keep time

This is a strange one, but the clock on the dash of the car restarts at 1:00 every time I turn on the car, and will count time from that point until I turn it off again.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I manually set the correct time on it, but it reset again as soon as I turned off the car.

You've created multiple separate threads without the vehicle's year and model.

Check under-hood Fuse No. 24 (7.5A) and make sure it is not loose or blown. If that is okay, measure the voltage of the Wht/Yel wire at the connector to the clock.
