Default Check Engine Light

Ok i got a question?
If you got your check engine light on when you doing about 120mph. Will that check engine light restrict you from going faster or doing something that you can't go any faster?

Any How Fast you gone with ur Accord?

I wouldn't go that fast with a CEL on. It usually means something is wrong with your car. BTW, I had my Accord up to 135.

98+ are not electronically speed limited. At least when they are healthy. If your CEL is serious enough to make the car go into limp mode, who knows.

OEM speedometers are notoriously inaccurate at high speeds, about 90mph and up.

And for the love of god, find out what your CEL is from.

if the CEL doesnt put ya car to limp mode, it would be pretty safe to travel at hi speeds... if it was a CEL that was serious your car wouldnt rev past 3000RPM
