I have a 90 coupe with the f22a3. She's been a money pit but I love her. She sat all winter and I finally to start getting her ready for summer. I flushed all the systems and pulled cleaned the interior ect. She fired rig
ht up and ran seemingly smooth besides the typical honda ticking. I took off the valve cover and noticed some deep gouges between the cam lobes..I am looking for some advise on this situation..I'm going to pull the head off and dig a bit deeper. If it turns out too much to rebuild or get a reman head then I'm going to finally do the h swap...just looking for some advise as to why the cam looks like this. If these pics are hard to see I can take more.
