Can someone please answer me if there are any AC compressors or compressor clutches that have the four ribs/5 ridges, that will fit my 1999 Honda Accord Ex, F23A1 engine. I bought some aftermarket light weight pulleys for my crankshaft, my alternator, and power steering. Unfortunately when I had Honda service attempt to install the pulleys, the crankshaft and alternator pulleys could not be installed b/c it did not match the a/c pulley on the clutch. The Serpentine belt was not compatible b/c the a/c compressor clutch pulley has five ribs and six ridges, and the NEW PULLEYS HAVE 4 RIBS AND 5 RIDGES. My question is, are there any AC compressors with the 4 ribs and 5 ridges that will directly fit my car so that I may install my parts, but not F up my a/c unit.

 

The 1999 civic and crv look like they have 4 rib compressor pulleys, I have no idea if it works on an accord compressor or if the civic compressor will mount correctly on a f23a engine... Go to a local pickapart yard (stafford or fburg) and grab a civic compressor to find out.
