A/C causing idling problem

A/C causing idling problem
I have a '94 EX (Accord). Whenever I turn the A/C on, my car's idle drops, significantly. It feels like the car is trying to stall out, but it hasnt, yet. I've gone to a couple of shops (including a Honda dealership) and they are all clueless on what it could be. Any ideas or solutions? Riding without AC is not a solution in Florida.
