Default Bouncing Tach and Speedo

Hello, I drive a 1999 Honda Accord EX with a 5-speed manual transmission and it has clocked 350,000 miles. During a recent drives on the freeway, I noticed both my tachometer and speedometer dropped to zero briefly while on the freeway. The engine seemed to run normally despite these occurrences, which happened approximately 10 to 20 times over the course of an hour. I'm seeking advice on what might be causing this issue.

I've come across suggestions on forums that a bad coil could cause a bouncing tachometer, though my situation involves both the tachometer and speedometer dropping. I've also read that 98+ Accords Tachs run off the ECU. Additionally, my radio intermittently turns off and the ABS light occasionally illuminates. There's also a possibility that my distributor is leaking oil due to a faulty O-ring connecting to the camshaft.

Before I proceed with any repairs, I'd like to explore other potential causes. I've attached a video of my gauges for your review. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I had the tach drop like that when a distributor was going out. Maybe its the ignition or key lock cylinder, cutting power and then regaining it? Strange that your tach didn't regain after the glitch?

This will cause lots of random weird electrical issues, at least it did for me.
