Default automatic shift cable help!!

well im in the process of swapping the motor to a h22 in my accord

i have disconnected everything on the motor thats in the car except the auto matic shift cable on the tranny

i can't figure out how to do it, does anyone have like a step by step to do it, pictures would really help

i am carless and i really need to get this car back on the road

Have you look where it attaches to your Shifter? see if it can be remove from there just so you can take out the complete motor? I know I've seen a few Accords that has Auto with the linkage going inside them and its weird as I'm always a 5spd guy.

This is easy go to autozone.com and they practically have the manual for our CD5 or CB7 or other gens. This is a basic task that you will find in your manual.
