well if u really wanna do it urself go for it
i spent like a few bucks for a whole keyless entry kit at pep boys took it to the shop had it installed for 50$...
done in about an hour. and cheap 2

Using Honda parts is more expensive.

Just keep in mind that the Honda OEM keyless entry is $155:
