Default ABS Bleeding

Hi guys! I have 2 Honda/Acura cars. My bro has and RSX and I have a 96 Accord EX. They both have ABS system, but I never bled an ABS system before. I did some research but it didnt help me. I need to know how to bleed an ABS system on my 96 Accord. It confuses me because the Accord has 2 resevoir and RSX has 1. Do i need any special tools? Jump some leads? Detailed Info would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

High Pressure System
First thing is to get a can of spray brake clean, a tiny funnel, DOT 3 brake fluid, 1/4" tubing and an old brake fluid bottle.
The first mess is to crack open and quickly close the bleed screw on the ABS unit, then attach the tubing to the bleed screw and put the other end into the old bottle.
Next go over to the under hood ABS fuse panel and pull the big relay out, jumper the larger size connections and the ABS pump will run, then pull the jumper out and go back over to the ABS bleed screw and just barely crack it open till you see fluid running in the tube, let it run about 5 seconds.
Then refill the reservoir with brake fluid, go back over and jumper the relay connectors again, you'll hear when the pump starts building pressure, and thats when you pull the jumper out and go bleed it off again.
Repeat as needed[ 5 times] till clean fluid comes out the bleed screw and tubing
REMEMBER brake fluid will eat paint so spray off all the spilled fluid with the brake clean

No the ABS and 'regular' brake system work independently of each other on that model.
Your question originally was 'how to bleed the ABS?' correct??

O I see! So basicly I could just bleed the 4 disc system normally just like a NON ABS system? Nothing different. So to bleed my brakes, I just use the convetional method? Pumper pumps it, bleeder opens the screw then closes it. And so on.

Will this hurt my ABS motor or any component?

yes correct, but don't have the 'pumper' dude put the brake pedal all the way to the floor. it will push the piston in the master cylinder into all the crud and crap that has built up in the cylinder over all the years.
