01 v6 accord no start checked everything and no start still?

I have a 01 Honda accord v6 with no start at all everthing. Lights come on but nothing happens

When you turn the key to position III ("start"), does the starter crank the engine, but the engine just won't run on it's own? Or are you just getting a single "click" noise and the starter doesn't crank the engine? No noise at all? A rapid series of clicks?

If the starter does not crank, you may have an insufficiently charged battery, a bad starter, or a bad ignition switch.

I am having a problem with my accord v6 i changed out the dashboard harnesses and there is no start signal at the driverside fusebox. i changed the ignition switch same symptoms. it only clicks, i also checked the starter its isnt getting any power to turn from the engine harness. wat could the problem be?
