I have NEW bolts from Honda 6 bucks for 2 plus shipping. Grind them off and use new one.

nope, I'm an *** and I just kept driving... later that night I drove past the place where it happened and the dog was gone. All I could find was my inner fender and a million peices from my bumper cover.
