Typically the .6 motors don't fair to well with long tube designs. I know Chris made a thread showing something silly like a 23 whp gain just by bolting on his Rage header onto a stock B16. Personally I call bullshit, but it's a decent header for the money. If I were building a B16, the only header I would do is a Toda. Anyways...

 

^^^ OR you can buy my ctr block and toss in a 1.8 bottom end and then you can benefit from the long tube header hhehe, i think it would still help you gain..as long as you get the ****** tuned.

 

I was really happy with my Greddy sigle piece on my 1.6. I felt gains from 4500 and up. For a 1/3 of the price of the Toda I recommend it unless you have the $900 for the Toda.

 

^^^first header i ever ran was a stainless 421 greddy, loved that header!!!!
