Portland FTW. real estate is sooooo much more reasonible here... I lived in SoCal for a few months after high school, in the ****** NARD (Oxnard) to be exact... My sister rented a town house made by the same developer, same floorplan, only difference is that its in Portland. Hers cost $650 a month, mines was $1500.,..

Plus theres no sales tax here. and we have trees. and great scenery. and no smog. and good pawt. shall I continue?

i own houses and a condo on the river thats where all my money goes. but no more investing for me now cause its a buyers market right now and the interest rates arent good for investors im sure cali ek squad members gots some mtv crib home Shoot i bet toto house is like a cali home too he lives in bellevue, wa thats where all the rich folks live
