bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit.... a grove has been worn in one of the joints causing a nasty vibration from 40-60 mph in any gear... in a daily driven car THAT SUCKS!!!!! god damn axle angle

guess who might be switching to ekk2 mounts over the winter

anyways made 8th place in local car show...got beat out by a bunch of classic domestics

it's actually alright.. but i don't know much, since i only put them in last night. but overall, the ride isn't as stiff/bouncy as i thought it would be.. it's actually bearable. but i am still getting the stock springs for that coilover setup soon, so i might change back if i can't handle it.

Damn dude, its seems like you are having the worst of luck with K-Swap parts. Im going to have to check my mounts when I get home and I should start thinking about getting the EKK2's.

 

i found the EKK2's for 500$ and am about to buy them if anyone has a hook up for lower let me know please,
EKK2's= little bit bit better weight distribution

has anyone in the squad swapped a Z1 yet, Im still working on it. and waiting for the skunk2 fuel rail and IPS IM&lt;hope it fits Z1's, let me know!

i havent had no problem with my ekk1 mounts and oem axle combo. I had my swap for over a year now. still holding strong. good side about ekk1 mounts is its good for drag down side, radiator fitment, itb fitment (cutting hood) oilpan clearance.
