I'm not the only one who is going thru some what similar issues.

I just got IM from volcom saying this ( copy and pasted )

when we were making the deal, He should have either fixed or changed the hood.(problems: Hood has dent due to blown engine mount, engine hitting the hood.)
However, He was too bush or whatever he had to do. I do not know.
Car is delivered, and hood is all looking f*cked up.
I contacted him and some kid supposed to sell him the hood for $100. and he eg. Volcom telling "I would give you $100 for the hood, you should be able to get one around from either H-T or whatever."
So I start feeling that I will never see a hood from him. I was going to give it up accept it as my mistake. Thinking it as the lesson I took. But Something is not right. Maybe I should post this up and perhaps it will prevent people from getting ripped off.

Anyway here is his IM send it to me. What should I write him back? Any thoughts and Ideas?
