Wow...Mr. Rosetti himself, and I thought he was sent to highway trafficing. Dont worry about it not being checked off for not being correctable. Just find some cop to sign it off anyways, and go to court for it. The judge usually always lets me go on exhaust, even though its not a fix it ticket. Its never checked off for me, but i still get it signed off from a lazy cop that doesn't want to take a look at the car. Proof of Insurance isn't a fix it ticket. But if you show it to the the judge, he'll usually drop the charge, espeacially if it was up to date at the time of the ticket. Kinda Ironic how he writes on top that you can drive your car on the roads till you get those things fixed, but you can't really get "proof of correction"
