It's a EK9 Type R(race model) steering wheel. It's in BLACK w/ red stitching, like you mentioned. You can talk to Mike or Greg from JDMSpeedworx about it.

Well, that steering wheel is actually the non SRS version of standard EK9. EK9 in Japan comes with SRS or non SRS steering wheel as options. This non SRS one is basically identical to the DC2 except the shaft has different mounting point.

The Race base model, as the name says it, it's basically a base model of EK9. Exteriors are standard, but the interiors are actually complete GRAY CLOTH like normal ek2 in the sense that people who buy the race base model will stripe the car anyway.
