haha yea actually I probably will zip tie it and keep it, use it on my track bumper when I get the car down here and all ready to go for super lap (hopefully in time for 2010 season) after my little "run in" with Mr. Curb, I was mad for like 30 seconds, but then I decided that it's no use having a car like this if you don't drive it. so the next phase of this cars life will be spent driving from PDX to LAX, and then off the streets, into a garage, and onto a track when it's good and ready FWIW, I probably will rebuild it all pretty and what not, and then ruin my new paint on my first practice lap lol

yee, is your rear bumper USDM or CTR?

 

it's a USDM. no one would ship me a ctr rear bumper (i wanted it predrilled for the lip) because shipping was too high (they wanted it done by freight).

so i drilled my stock bumper. lol oem hardware though! haha

fitment is alright. the rear quarter panel side is probably the difficult part to get entirely flush.

 

see i did the same thing, and my rear lip isnt fitting exactly right. Genuine CTR rear lip, all new CTR rear hardware, but still. im worried my bumper is a certifit or something and I just didnt know about it.

does your rear bumper have any indication that its honda? mine says nothing, but looks legit, fitment on my car is fine.

 

yeah, i believe it's suppose to say honda on the back.
