bump!!! can anyone please help me out? im doing a battery relocation. I have EVERYTHING connected correctly. The battery has juice i know for a fact! I have the battery grounded and i made sure that the terminal has a good connection. Now on the positive side i have two cables...one goes straight from the positive terminal on the battery itself to the starter. The other cable running from the positive terminal goes straight to the fuse box. The first time i had everything connected, I went inside the car and i had power, so i tried to start it up and the starter clicked once. After that...i have no power WHATSOEVER...i checked all the fuses and they are good and I also disconnected the ecu to see if that would help...I reconnected everything but im back at square one...no power to anything!!!
Any input would be greatful....cuz now im stuck at home....with no working car lol....

ding ding ding. its a possibility....u should just check to see if youre getting continuity on the fusebox...use a test light or if youre electrical savvvy use a multimeter hahah just see if the box is getting any power....and try to see if the starter is getting power....from reading what you did do, everything seems right so main relay..haha let it cool off a little bit and then try starting it again haha

if there's no power, the starter only clicks, and the motor doesm't even turn over, it can't be the main relay. sounds more like a dead battery. try to jumpstart it or swap another battery. the main relay is activated by the ecu, and powers up the ecu, injectors, and fuel pump only. you should hear it click on in the passenger side when you turn the key to to the on position.

I want some longer ones. I still have the takata ones, but I wanted some as long the lower stock seat belt bolt. Maybe I can weld some rings to the stock bolts. Lol

GRRR!!! What a day! I've been having a bit of trouble getting into 1st gear at a stop lately and with the help of some friends figured out the problem was the clutch was being pushed in too far and causing the pressure plate on the tilton to over flex. Ok easy fix right, just adjust the pedal stop on the clutch pedal so that it's not pushing too far.
So we pushed the car out of the garage, adjusted the pedal. Go to start the car and the battery is dead! WTF!!! I just drove the car on wednesday and the battery was ok at about 11.9v off and 13.8v on. Grab the battery jumper pack, hook that up to find out that it wasn't charged
So, we go old school and bust out the jumper cables, hooked that up, go to crank the car, it cranks but nothing. Go to crank it again and noticed that the fuel pump wasn't priming, [freak]! Ok, no problem it's probably just the main relay. Pushed the car back into the garage, went to grab some food, meet up some other friends, hung out for a few hours, picked up 2 main relays.
Got home at 11:45, switched out the main relay...and the fuel pump is still not priming. The main relay is clicking so that wasn't it. Jumped the wires to the fuel pump and it works. Ok, so maybe it had something to do with my alarm and we knocked a wire loose when we were adjusting the clutch pedal. It was about 12:15 and I decided to rip off the alarm to eliminate that as a potential cause. Took that off, turned the key and nothing. I was tired and need to get up in about 6 hours to go fishing, but the car thing was bugging me too much. Almost out of ideas, I decided to swap the ecu to stock one to see it that works. And guess what? It did...I took the p30 with the hondata, opened it up and noticed an area on the board near a capacitor was bubbled up and burnt
How gay is that?!?! AHHHHH.
Sorry for the essay, I just need to vent and there's no one to call right now. Oh well hopefully fishing is good later. Good night homies.
