brian for 98 bumper no but for 99-00 yes. but there is a way you can do a custom one. you can make it come out where the fog lights mount up on the 98 front.

According to J's, it is roll centre adjuster; Spoon calls it zero bumpsteer kit. Same thing I guess

yea man the bumper hangs really low but i manage to drive with it... except for some drive ways i cant make it up so i have to park in the street
but freeway driving is totally fine..
