Arthur, thanks man, that's the photo I wanted to see. I saw the side of it and kinda guess where he make the cut, and I guess I was right. I was thinking cutting higher but seeing the tow hook area is already showing, anything less might as well run bumper-less.
This is such a nice track car, I am guessing it is kicking around 2100lbs. Mine is at 1060kg, still a long way to go.

Yeah I'm glad it helped. It looks badass, I can totally see that being done to your car.
Here is more info on the car: https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=1
I know a few guys put in those holes into their bumpers to reduce drag, but I've talked to a few engineers and did some reading up on it...turns out it doesn't really help increase lap times at all, maybe if you helped direct the flow of air under the bumper...but holes don't work. If anything cutting the bumper in half does a lot more for you
I thought your car was mad light as it was...kevlar buckets, everything gutted...crazy small *** mirrors....I guess there is always more tho

Thanks for the link man. Half bumper it is. Didn't want to bite the style but if it works, then it is worth the modification.
Ya, still a lot of weight reduction to go, passenger side air bag and rear rebar is next on the list. Still debating on front rebar, I am not sure if that will provide some form of stability for cornering or if it can be spared.

need help really quick.
on my way to cali, on the side of the road somewhere in tx b4 dallas
i have 00 ctr headlamps in my car, had to put the jdm socket on because unlike many people, my sockets would not fit the headlamps. NOW, there are 2 black wires and a green and yellow wire. and as you all with 99-00 ek's or si's know, theres a positive, negative, and a green and red wire.
i need to know how to wire this. im not sure how i had the black, but i know i had the green and yellow on the green and red.
that is about it.
i just need to know how to fix this and fast. keeps blowing my dash fuse #32
thanks, if anyone has an answer hit me back really quick.

are you talkin about your city light sockets, or turn signal sockets in the headlight?...or you talking about the H4 plug?
typically the turn signal is red, green and black...green being the blinker lead, red being the parking light lead......the city light socket should be tapped to your red parking light lead from the corner and if you have side markers, the two wires coming from that are the red and green from the turn signals....if youre blowing a fuse, look at all the wiring coming from those three things. you might find a short or some exposed wire thats causing the fuse to blow.
i dunno about that yellow wire that youre talking about... :shrugs:

fuse 32 is the 7.5amp front parking lights, taillights, and license plate lights right? i'm guessing you're working on your headlamps and not the city lights?
looking at my helms...
Left headlight:
red/green = high beam
red/yellow = low beam
Right headlight:
red/white = low beam
red/blue = high beam
for the corner lights..
green/red for the left side
green/yellow for the right side
not sure if this helps you, but holla at cha boy if you're still having problems benny
