not necessarily his fault.. sure he may have spun and kicked gravel onto the track, but that's all part of the game.. if it is anybody's fault, it should be the flaggers for not throwing a red/yellow flag, due to changed track conditions. after all, they are our eyes to tell us what's coming up ahead..

i believe alex spun in the very beginning of the session, and the flip occurred towards the middle/end of the session, meaning that the debris was there for at least a few laps..

can't necessarily point fingers, unless there was metal to metal contact. these kinda things happen, and that's why waivers are signed.. everyone knows the track can be dangerous.

overall, whole situation sucks guamie, glad you are ok, and just learn and bounce back!

thanks for the kind words, ryan. im not blaming anyone, just a bad situation. if there wasn't deep mud in the middle of that field i wouldve just spun out to a stop. im just glad that me and my passenger got out of it without a scratch. dont worry i got DAP v 2.0 (just gonna miss the 99-00 front end )in the works. im posting a pic of the car BEFORE it got flipped. hope you guys dont mind, if you do, ill take it down. oh how i miss it

everything but the shell was salvageable. motor is being torn apart and rebuilt with some goodies. suspension and wheels are on my new hatch. i just have to get used to a 96-98 front end.

 

ahhh. that sucks bro, you live to race again!

Damn ..... the Cusco MCB is almost as much as the 2pt strut bar it goes with. Carbing 3pt is looking good.
