For some reason I always think... what if you were in a movie and had to do a high speed car chase in a civic, and you take off fast as hell, then get around 130mph and start bouncing off redline. That's why I just pull over when I see flashing lights.

Actually, or you can take an exit off the highway and loose them in a community with a lot of turns I guess. I think about these things. What if they were bad guys. And you can't just pull over because they will kill you when they catch you. You gotta go for the town house communities. That's where it's at.

man with a 4.7 in 6th gear im at 3500 rpm with 204 45 16....i dont mind it too much but on a long trip, even with my semi-quiet exhaust my ears 'be ringin' LOL i can only imagine 5k...ur either probably in vtec already or about to hit it with the flick of the foot....that would be fun

Yeah there is really no need to downshift at freeway speeds haha. It's the stock 4.4 FD with the MF gear set(3/4 & 5th.) 1st and 2nd feel the same as stock, but 3 and 4th go quickly, if you stay in it going into 5th it doesn't drop power at all...keeps pulling. I can't wait to get it retuned and on a track!

The rm-01 helps quiet it a lot. And yes, you gotta love the 5th gear passing action. It's like my car is a manual till I get to 5th gear, then it turns into an automatic.
