Soooo nice there...

everybody...

and btw...

Finally Passed!!!

Basicly figured out that it was a temporary Cel that would mostly come on after the car was shut off and cut back on and run for a while. So, I just put the ecu in, ran the car on highway, and took it straight to emissions and bam... passed. Such a load off...

So while you guys were out having fun, I was fighting to keep mine on the road

hahahahhahaha

BTW, checklist of what I had to do:

Install factory steering wheel back in

Install 2nd o2 sensor

Put cat back in

Do no rear brake pads/rotors cause for some reason my rears are not braking even on the skid pad test.

Install obd2a gsr ecu

Raise the car up 2 inches all around

Set suspension to full soft

Set tire psi's to 30 (far lower than my standard 38/40)

Make a friend there...

And in the end... finally passed

And now tonight... I undo all that... well, except the new rear pads/rotors... I like those

Good to hear. The nice thing about mine is I keep it registered in Colorado and don't need it smogged. Thats what I did with the hatch too. I loved just running the PCT with headers back and test pipe. Really was a difference in power.

Exactly... I don't care if it's just like 1hp or something with the test pipe, but my setup was tuned for the t1r test pipe and when I put that cat back in, it's like a different car. More tq down low but top end feels like I'm straining the motor or something. Not so smooth all over either.

I did it in Washington DC btw. But no, they were looking at it and revving my car a little cause one guy there has a nissan and drifts at events. He helped me out a lot so I let him rev it 2 or 3 times

But they didn't car, just had to get it past the obd2 test... tense moment... just waiting for that random cel 14 code to just pop up again. But all is well, back to the b18cR or p28 ecu only now.

Oh yea... did get a strange result though:

State Car Inspection Skid Pad Test Shows Passenger Side Rear Brake is NOT equal to the other???
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1879720

Let me know if anybody can help

Oh yea, forgot to ask ya if you had any notes or help on that power locks setup. I didn't even really take it out the box yet so it might be pretty simple, just wondering ... well... being lazy
