ok just making sure , just sounded like you thought it would drop the car. cuz i know i didnt know what they did till about a week ago. lol</TD></TR></TABLE>
agreed, it did seem you thought that hats would make it a bit lower. you said it on a couple occasions. but anyways, it doesnt matter. nobody has told me how much to use yet as an extension.. you may be the first to have mentioned it, but ill be the first to make them myself

When I had my 4door I tried different things and experimented. First I started off with drop springs (SPRINT 2.5") on stock struts. Sprint is *** do not buy these nor anything from e-bay that costs under $150...except for TEIN or SKUNK2. I liked those 2 spring makes, but they were limited in what I can do. So I wanted to go one step up and buy myself Coil Over Sleeves. DROP ZONE is *** very bouncy like the Sprint springs. I thought that maybe my struts were so old and mushy that maybe if I bought new struts that it may help with stiffening the ride. No, it turns out that the DZ's are just ***. I had my KYB GR-2's, now what am I going to use for sleeves. I shopped around and discovered only 3 major brands that I could consider. Skunk2, Omni Power, and Ground Control. About a couple years ago, SK2 and OP were basically one in the same as the OP owner came from SK2, and The GC's were just too damn expensive and still are. So I asked for opinions about the SK2 and OP's, and they both came back with positive responses and some cons. So it just came down to what was available for the lowest price. I found this guy who was selling his Omni Power sleeves for like $125 shipped....I wasn't going to pass that up.
After putting them onto my KYB GR-2's and took it for the first test drive.. I was in love, the ride was firm but not too bouncy. And I could adjust the ride height which was a huge excitement on my part. When I drove from home to work or if I had my wife drive it, I had a very conservative height..like 2.5 fingerwidth's...when I took shots or went to meets I took it down to either nearly slammed or about 1 fingerwidth. When I had my ROTA Subzero's I could slam like crazy and not be concerned about fender rubbing, the wheels were 15x6.5. But when I bought my ATECH Weapons they are 15X7 and with 50 series tires I had some Mad fenderwell rubbing when I made hard turns. solution: roll the fenders....not too difficult but time consuming. You only get one shot.
So here's the kicker when I sold my civic I said there's no way that I am losing my suspension set up, I kept them and put some other stuff on the civic...good quality as the car went to my cousin..but I wanted to keep my OP's.
Now, I have a DA and I now have KYB AGX for EG in front and stock DA struts in back. I still have my GR-2's...but I like it the way it is. I can still do some hard turns and never worry.
This is the longest reply I have ever given. So good luck and I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please feel free to pm me and we can discuss more options.
My Final Opinion...the AGX's are definitely a decent entry level damper. Get what you can afford but don't sacrifice...and don't over spend if you don't intend to take the car to the track. And don't be afraid to ask for opinions and questions.
Peace

i dont kow, i dont really think so, may be its just my english is kinda screwed up. Bu i always new that the hats r for the travel and stiffer ride what i ment to say that is if you go VERY low you need stiff ride, so you dont smash the oil pan. When ill take te rear sleeves out i will need stiff ride in the rear, plus i don want to blow my struts out, so i need hats for it.

These are looking pretty sexy, anyone running this setup?

Also, the muffler on the sedan was barely on by one hangar due to rust. I'm thinking about ordering an ES Oval to replace it with custom piping. How will this sound? Anyone with experience?

a few quick questions...
1. will a hatch cf hood fit our sedans? if so, hows fitment?
2. will the hatch jdm front end fit our sedans? (as in fenders, hood and bumper filler?) i got a friend selling one and wouldn't find trying it if it fits..

Anything will fit with modification. An oem hatch hood does not fit well on a sedan. a CF hood will probably not have as good a fitment as an oem hood.
The solution: VIS makes a CF hood for the EF sedan.
As to the jdm front, the swap is the same as it is for any other usdm car. Hood, Fenders, Bumper, Rad support, corner lights, lights, and the bumper support I think.

Good question. I was wondering the same thing when I saw this car.

yellow is faster
As for the yellow spoon sedan, i think the biggest issue would be to fit the bumper, probably had to trim the metl part a bit.

Yeah, I know for sure the bumper support has to be modified to make the bumper fit, but I didn't know if the hood/fenders/headlights will bolt up. I think if they simply bolted up a lot more people would be doing it. Maybe it's sedan fenders and EF9 hood/headlights/bumper...

IIRC, the hatch fender is shorter than the sedan so upper/lower frame rails May need be swapped. </TD></TR></TABLE>
If the front end fitment wasn't so perfect on mine, I'd try to bolt up the EF9 front that's sitting in the garage.
