Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread
EF9 looks weird to me cause the snout is shorter. Shouldn't be much of a difference if you're used to your shorter 88/89 front though.
on usdm front

on ef2 jdm front
I really like the look of the EF9 bumper on a USDM front. Unless mine is wrecked at some point, I am never taking a single piece off my front end, though. It's nearly impossible to get everything to fit perfectly like it does now.
Ya'll can hate on me all day long for not liking the "JDM" front end lol.... but each their own right? But what size wheels are those meshies?
and that double down is the **** that is so so good!! I had the itis after that

I wasn't hating. I actually sort of agree with you. The EF9 front bumper is the best looking bumper for any EF, imo. To me the EF2 one piece headlights are cool because they are different and less common, but I think a clean USDM front end is timeless.
Im with you all around on that...
I've always wanted a set of these recaro's what do you guys think?

Reznut has those in a gradient red. They look dope.

What I think we need are some real life numbers and some math. Shaft and piston position and how many pounds of force the shaft is pushing up at any given position. Monotube vs twintube vs external reservoir types and their gas pressure levels. Spring rates, car weights, corner weights, suspension design, etc. Plenty of variables to sort through to find an actual formula of how much psi of gas, how high of a spring rate, how heavy of a car, etc... to see how much of an incremental effect extended top hats make on ride height.

lowered the sedan more today and also add my rear camber kit which is close to being maxxed out.
next will be to paint my moldings and mud gurads and to buy spacers.
not the best pic.lol:

holy shnikes, these look AMAZING!
the "JDM RECARO LXIs" in that ebay auction do not look like they're worth $1,000 though. i'd troll the foxbody Mustang boards for a better priced set in better condition if it were me...

i recently got some headlights in near perfect condition and a grille from the junkyard, and got a new bumper filler and corner lamp from Honda. still not perfect, but much better than it was.

*EDIT* sorry about the size

i wanna go lower
Yeah, thinking back to it now, I had that car before my dog and either of my kids (youngest is now 2)... LOOONNNGG time. The sale was prompted by a woman in an 08 Ford F150 not seeing me traveling 55 in her direction. She crossed my lanes to get into her apt complex and I dodged just enough to miss T-boning her front half, but she caught my rear drv quarter panel (just behind the rear wheel) and spun me a full 180 before I came to a stop.
As far as collisions go, this was one of the "smoother" that I've had. She tore my rear bumper off and put a little dent in the rear quarter panel but as the unibody was bent (trunk would no longer close completely), the insurance company totalled it out. Gave me $2300 for it, bought it back for $600 as she still ran/drove perfectly, and just yesterday sold it for $900.
It will definitely not be my last 5th Gen Accord though
