ROFL!

i dont think it would matter if the car came with power steering or not. The car is so light it doesnt need power anything to move around, my GF can drive my dx and shift gears all at once.

not really, but once the car starts to move its really easy to maneuver. trying to turn the steering wheel when the car is stationary is pretty hard. but if the car has its ps pump removed and your running without it.........thats a bitch.

Ivo: It's all good. It would of been an impulse buy anyway. Glad it went to a good home. Dope steering wheel reminds me of an Autobot.

Speaking of light, is it me or does stock pressure plate in our cars feel soft? Everytime I hop out of a friends car and into mine I smash the clutch pedal.

i think so too, but then again its an old car. I just bought a excedy/daikin clutch and pressure plate brand new off craigslist for 60 bucks, since im planning on replacing my old d15b2 with the new d15b7, i thought i might as well buy all new parts for it before this christmas. im pretty sure it isnt an upgraded clutch, but for my daily driving "low and slow" its a great deal and comeup

Bought the d15b7 for 75 dollars with obd1 engine harness and manifold, along with hydraulic tranny.

I already have:
d15b7
jdm zc intake manifold with throttle body
extra injectors
resistor box
PM6 ecu or pg7 ecu

Im going to do mpfi swap and engine cleaning so i plan to buy the following:
mpfi distributor
water pump
thermostat
timing belt
transmission seals
Flywheel
throwout bearing
oil pan gasket
front transmission/motor mount
transmission fluid
oil change
valve cover gasket
and clean the engine with degreaser
clean the head and valves

I plan to sell and remove:
OBD1 engine harness along with mpfi swap
manual hydraulic transmission with starter
hydraulic motor mounts etc.

basically obdo everything for my daily driving

This week coming up im going to paint the obd1 valve cover, cause it looks alot more fresh
haha

overall i spent:
engine with intake manifold 75.00
90-91 honda civic excedy/daikin cluthch/pressure plate 60.00
zc intake manifold/throttle body FREE
pm6 ecu/ pg7 ecu trade for usdm 91 tailights
=135.00 total

then add extra expenses for the replacement seals....... and hope to have spent less than the replacement engines out there, and with new parts!

IMO ps is only good if your parking. when the car is rolling you cant tell the different. i like no PS, i have more control of my car without it.
