i think thats custom. i saw this crazy exhuast on a silvia conversion in newport bch with 2 polished tubes, 1-3/4 inch a piece that ran from about mid car straight back, under the suspension and exited thru the bumper outlet at a about a buddyclub spec2-like angle that would look sooooooo good on an EF. the tips were tapered like the spec2 as well. would be totally possible if you used a burns style muffler right past where the shifter is and then made everything yourself. i love under the suspension exhuast. jsut not an easy thing to sport when you drive the living **** out of your car in socal.
edit: after searching i want to say it might have been fujitsubo.

Theres a guy in 909 with 6 silver type x for 900$

you could also take them off and straighten them up a little yourself.
