bro. go look at other ppl here. they have small oem lips or like moosecake no lip at all and they are basically half a inch from the floor. buddy has a 4in foogen lip and it has plenty clearance... enough said.

i rock a large CF lip at carshows but mine is on the floor i rolled into a show yesterday with the lip dragging on the floor anyone there could vouch for that...lol

 

no, there shouldn't even be half that lip left if you think you are low enough.. I damn near drag my bumper without a lip.. my si lip is on the freeway somewhere lol. and it's half the size of that thing.
