i just saw this and thought it was funny. i used to go to this spot but it became a burn and they kept blocking off the exits and giving ppl tickets. i pretty sure the police posted this

yeah i personally dont like any shade of blue other than dark or like a mr.coupe type color on integras.

I would honestly tell him to wait until he has some sort of mods done before he can join. Not just a blanket NO, you can't join.

idk i thought it looked a blue-gray type of color, but i never saw it in person so i guess its not the same.
