Just an FYI, if you didn't file a police report at the scene, I would suggest you just do this without contacting the insurance companies and keeping it amongst you and the op. Without a police report, nothing happend. This will be the argument the op's insurance company will use. At the end, it'll be your word against her's. Without the police report and you filing it with the insurance companies, you'll run the risk of the insurance company not paying/fixing and when this happens, she may or may not follow through either. No amount of photos you may have of the incident will help you because the key piece is the police report which was taken at the scene of the accident.
If neither her or the insurance company pays up, you could take her to small claims...but that's filing fees and if you lose, you may have to pay her attorney's fees as well.

Im going to talk to my agent Monday and get the affirmative that Im retarded. At which point Ill get a quote for painting my fender and a few other small pieces. Add 160 to that for a new fender.... MAYBE 250 for the password fenders and hope wish and pray she doesn't know shes free to walk. Grrrrr

Wolf just found a set of those wheels you got 5 lug dumb cheap new in box .. Can you take some side pics and closer pics of the front and rear wheels because I'm not sure if I should do 16x9 in the rear and 16x7.5 in the front or just all 4 16x9? Just wanna see how it looks..

hahaha Sorry. Im going to take a picture before I leave to work in an hour so I'll have it when I get home round 7-8.
Im telling myself its not that bad... and its working. Everyone so far reacts worse than I did when I saw it... I think because it was an already SLIGHTLY dented fender.
Im going to call her tomorrow and tell her Im going to get a quote for color matching one fender plus the cost of one fender and get back at her, and mention Im going to pretend the door didnt get hit too so she feels lucky Im not trying to charge for that too.
If not... like I said, its not that bad. When school starts in February I can probably get around to pulling the fender off and pulling out the dents she left plus the original.
