A company by me wants $145 to powder coat a obd2 valve cover (candy teal) and shave the emblems.. is it me or that just seem kinda high?

 

Help guys. Actually for a friends car.... Everytime the gas pedal is pressed either the throttle body gets stuck or the pedal becomes loose?!?! but when we accelerate the throttle body by hand its fine and doesn't get stuck. idk what it can be

Thanks, it just has a stock gsr motor with bolt-ons, 6pt kirk racing cage, recaro pole positions/ 5pt harnesses, and the P1 splitter.
